6th Sense

6th Sense is a trick taking game with a few twists for 2 to 6 players. Each round players are dealt a hand of cards, and then the top card from the deck is revealed: this is the trump color. Next, players each set aside one card from their hand: this is their prediction card, and it indicates how many tricks they will win. If you succeed, you gain that many points. If you don't you lose points. The player to left of the dealer starts the first trick. They may play any card from their hand. Then in clockwise order, the other players each play a card. If possible, they have to play a card of the same color. When all players have played a card, the player who played the best card wins the trick. The best card is the highest trump card. If no trumps were played, it is the highest card which color matches the first card played. The deck contains cards numbered from 0 to 14, in five different colors. Some of the cards have special effects: - When a player plays a 0, they may remove it & one of the other cards played this round - A trick with a 4 is instead won by the lowest card played this trick - The 6 and the 9 are the same card. When you play it, you announce which value you want it have. - When you play an 8, it allows you to see the prediction card of the player who wins this trick. - If a trick contains at least one 12, the player who wins the trick can choose to have that trick count as two. Play continues for a set number of rounds. The player with the most points is the winner.
