Excellent game! Family took to it immediately! Often requested. Cool Art. Really Fun bidding. Metal coins are a great addition! Small box, so travel-ready, too. Informative, clean rules/rulebook. A total classic. +Deluxe coins,

this is a weird one. it's totally possible to "meld" early and just back yourself into a corner really early on, and just have a not-fun time. but once you learn *that* lesson, it's a really streamlined little auction game with a push-your-luck element. an incredibly Knizian game. Update: the new update fixes this by allowing you to draw up to 4 and just warns you honestly. very clean, an excellent "porch game"
An overlooked game, returning like an old friend. I’ve always found it best with 3 players. The wonder of this one is the diminishing bank of coins, and knowing when to cash in a low trio or hold on for a better one. The poisoned jokers are also a delight. Recommended in the new edition, and I look forward to trying the variant.
Simply divine. One of those slick card games you can simply play three times in a row — so Reiner said, "Why not just make the default experience playing three times in a row?" All the tweaks and additions are awesome, and the art? Come on! Cute kitties are all I need. Really happy to ditch my cobbled together copy of the old game once this makes its way to my collection. [Yo, I'm the editor for this edition of the game, so this isn't a completely objective comment, but these are my honest thoughts!]
