About The Bagbearer:
This DCC compatible tri-fold pamphlet details Lastor Bagbearer, the tax collector from House Jenulane. He exudes an uncomfortable mix of smarmy, entitled, and charming at the same time. He will gladly feed you to the wolves if you cannot pay the rent, but he knows you attract more flies with honey.
The pamphlet contains full stats, motivations, 8 rumors and opinions to lead your players to other encounters, and a map of a section of rural road for your players to encounter him on.
This NPC appears in The Protectorate of Jenulane adventure module, but this pamphlet is a stand alone encounter that can be used in conjunction with that adventure, or he can mess with your players in isolation.
