Dorfromantik: Sakura

Dorfromantik is excellent, Sakura is Outstanding ?. The Japanese theme works wonders, and is seamlessly woven into the game mechanics and design. The intellectual challenge, up to memorizing existing tile configurations and taking that into account progressively more into the mid- and endgame to optimize one's score, is delightful. The buildup of achievements keeps the pleasure going.

This game is absolutely beautiful and so much fun to play. I am enthralled! Can’t wait to play again.

Great way to get non gamers into the hobby. Even my grandparents are keen on bringing it to the table

Excellent jeu. Beau, rapide, jouable en solo comme à 2,3,4 ou 5. Les parties s'enchaînent et on découvre de nouveaux objets, de nouvelles mécaniques ! C'est un jeu plein de charme. L'insert est bien pensé, en 2min c'est installé. Un genre de Carcassonne en Coop et en campagne avec plein de twist ! Un régal pour ceux qui apprécie l'univers Japonais et qui aime prendre le temps de contempler autant que de réfléchir... Une vrai réussite si l'on aime le genre et le thème !

This is our go-to game whenever we feel like playing a board game. Unlike the original, the special tiles are nearly always really useful and the sorted-out elements can be acquired again, which makes each session a lot more plan-able than with the original Dorfromantik
