Descripción

¡Se ha descubierto un increíble nuevo cementerio de dinosaurios, y si los primeros hallazgos son un indicio, podría ser un tesoro de fósiles y huesos como el mundo nunca ha visto! En Fossilis, de 2 a 5 jugadores se convierten en paleontólogos que trabajan en el sitio de excavación con palas, escobas y cinceles buscando un hallazgo que podría hacer su carrera. Cada ronda, los jugadores tienen dos acciones para excavar en el sitio o hacer una extracción. A medida que quitan las capas superiores de arena, arcilla y piedra, descubrirán fósiles traza, que pueden ser intercambiados por herramientas, el yeso necesario para extraer huesos y Puntos de Descubrimiento. A medida que profundizan, se expondrán huesos preciosos. Pueden hacer una extracción cuidadosa si tienen la cantidad correcta de yeso, pero a veces mover la tierra para cubrir un hallazgo y ralentizar a la competencia es el movimiento correcto. Los huesos por sí solos pueden ser valiosos, pero los museos están realmente interesados en especímenes más completos. ¡Conjuntos de huesos pueden ser intercambiados por cartas de museo que valen grandes puntos! Los jugadores tendrán que usar estrategia, tiempo y un poco de suerte si quieren hacer los mejores descubrimientos, ver su nombre en todas las revistas de paleontología y, por supuesto, ganar el juego.
