If I'm Going Down... (o IIGD) es el primer Dying Card Game (o DCG) de Van Ryder Games. Un DCG es un juego de cartas en el que es seguro que el(los) personaje(s) MORIRÁN. Para 1 a 2 jugadores (expandible a 3 a 4 con una segunda copia), IIGD se desarrolla en un mundo invadido por zombis. A diferencia de prácticamente todos los demás juegos de zombis, tu objetivo no es sobrevivir, sino matar tantos zombis como sea posible antes de morir, lo que resulta en un juego muy absorbente en solitario o cooperativo.

IIGD te coloca en medio de un escenario desesperado donde zombis interminables se acercan y avanzan hacia ti, sin detenerse hasta que estés muerto o te conviertas en uno de ellos (Zead). Debes reunir y usar armas y recursos para llevarte contigo a tantas abominaciones como puedas.

Los zombis entran en el área de juego desde varios puntos de "entrada" dependiendo del escenario. Puedes realizar acciones durante tu turno como Atacar, Usar un objeto o Buscar recursos. Cada turno, los zombis se moverán cada vez más cerca y, eventualmente, los recursos se agotarán...

Eventos aleatorios u "Ocurrencias" que entran en juego y cambian las reglas mantienen el juego fresco y diferente cada vez. El juego se puede jugar en un modo de "Mátalos a todos" donde simplemente intentas lograr la mejor puntuación o puedes jugar uno de varios Arcos de Historia que añaden tramas entretenidas al juego donde tu desempeño determina lo que sucede en la historia después de que mueres.

Los mecanismos únicos del Fate Deck – que determina si encuentras un recurso al buscar y si "aciertas" o "fallas" durante un ataque – y las cartas Tracker – que se utilizan para llevar un registro de la salud, la munición y el inventario – hacen de este un juego como ningún otro que hayas visto antes.

Otra cosa que hace que este juego sea único en el género de zombis es que cada zombi está ilustrado con un DETALLE INCREÍBLE y tiene un carácter propio. ¡Es posible que te involucres más en la historia de los zombis que en los personajes que juegas!

IIGD permite cierto nivel de control creativo para los jugadores que tienen interés en crear sus propios diseños y escenarios.
