Kinfire Council

ID's games hit hard on every front, every time - production, art direction, writing, world building, value, replay-ability, mechanics, thematics, etc. This is no exception. This game takes risks (semi-co-op, anyone?), and not every game goes the way you think (or even want), but it's fun, it's not terribly hard to follow or engage with, and it's a keeper.

Awesome game and love the Lore of all of their titles. Artwork is stunning and the play matches it. Lots of different route you can take to be the overall winner giving it loads of replayability! Love. This. Game

This is one of my favourite games of the year. Beautifully created with some interesting political dynamics and lots of routes to victory. I played as part of a 2 player game and that felt right, with plenty to do each round. My tip, is make sure you pick up plenty of library cards and target the 3 cult cards. Enjoy.

I absolutely adore the art and the world building of all of the kinfire games, and I am glad they created a strategy worker placement game because that is my favorite genre. I was so excited when I first got it and now I just wanna keep playing it again lol

An amazing politic-infused worker placement game. Almost everything in the game feels rewarding and necessary, and it creates a really fun gaming experience. There is one character ability that seems a lot better than all the others, so that person tends to be towards the lead every game, but I don't think it bogs down the game at all. I will say, the cooperative variant of the game is pretty unnecessary and doesn't play to the game's strengths. While it's a cool add-on, just stick to the way the game was meant to be played.
