Savannah Park

Kramer and Kiesling take a single mechanic and build a whole game around it. Definitely an evergreen game that is surprisingly underrated. A wonderful puzzle that is so much fun to work through. 30 min playtime , which is awesome , but you will "swear" from start to finish. Small rule set makes this game approachable and inviting. Multi-player solitaire , which we love sometimes. Great at all player counts. People who can find fault with this game are not true gamers. If you can't have fun playing Savannah Park , then I never want to play a board game with you. :)

Very good solo puzzle game. Also strong Bingo-style abstract puzzle game in a group. One of my favorites in the genre!

I love games like this: games that can be learned in 1-5 minutes but still have a little bit of strategy to make them interesting. I just bought it and have only played solo so far (is the pandemic over yet???!?), but it's a great game that is a relaxing way to spend some time away from electronics when your brain doesn't want anything too crunchy. I can tell it will also be a great family game and filler to introduce to people who are new to boardgaming. I plan to try it with my nieces and nephews. I am scoring it as what it is: a lighter weight game, which I think it does very well.

An abstract puzzle game that has a very small rule set but deep game play. It starts as a chaotic mitigation project but as time goes things start to take shape. A fun tile laying game that's just satisfying to play. Works good with 2 or 3 but has more chaos with more people.
