¡Felicidades, has llegado al campeonato mundial! Desafortunadamente, es el Campeonato Mundial de Ruleta Rusa. En este juego de bluff y suerte de juego simultáneo donde ningún jugador tiene que esperar su turno, juegas el papel de capitán de un equipo de Ruleta Rusa compitiendo contra los mejores equipos de Ruleta Rusa del mundo.

El primer equipo en acumular 15 puntos de victoria o el último equipo con su cerebro aún intacto gana. Ganas puntos de victoria apostando cuántas veces sobrevivirás al gatillo. Cada vez que pierdes un compañero de equipo, ganas un paquete de indemnización en forma de una carta de acción. Las cartas de acción permiten a un jugador mirar las tres primeras cartas de su mazo de armas antes de apostar, disparar a otro jugador en lugar de a sí mismo, cambiar una apuesta y más.
