The Warpaints Fanatic: Neptune Glow is a greenish blue that lends itself well as a light highlight and layer color for turquoise. It's the second-lightest tone from the “Turquoises” Flexible Colour Triad and its Practical Colour Name is “Light Greenish Blue”.
