I've played the game during playtest and all the way through the latest release. I can't wait to see the final version reach Kickstarter supporters. The artwork is amazing and the tabletop+tablet combination is really innovative,

Beasts of Balance is a game of strategy and balance in which you build a tower of animals on your tabletop, then help them evolve in a connected digital world.
A cooperative game for one to five players, the aim is to make the most fabulous world you can by strategically nurturing and evolving your creatures and casting skill-based miracles - before your tower collapses.
Players take turns to stack a set of beautifully made artifacts into a tower. As they're placed they pop onto the connected device's screen, where they'll be seen to evolve and grow as players continue to make tactical choices over how they build.
Our in-house designed technology uses a unique combination of sensors to recognize the pieces in play, connecting to the device over Bluetooth to tablets and smartphones running iOS or Android.

Really loved playing this with my 5 year old. She finds the combo of app and pieces, easy to play but hard to master!
First saw the game at Thirsty Meeples game cafe in Oxford. Helped very slightly in playtesting. Innovative, accessible mix of physical and imaginative. Something the whole family can join in with, the plinth and tower acting as a centrepiece. Absolutely love Beasts of Balance and can't wait for my published copy to arrive!
Get the battle edition. which comes with the battle cards. Great vs mode. the co-op mode gets boring. but the battle edition is Great!
