I didn't think I needed yet another game that seemed to me to be a simpler variation of Scout, which is a huge favorite in my family. I was wrong! This game is perfect for casual gamers for whom Scout might be a step too complicated, and remains fun for Scout aficionados! This has been a big hit so far - it's a keeper!

This game is outstanding as a simple card game. I love Scout but it could be a bit of a chore to get people up to speed on. This is a bit more refined but has some really interesting decisions. There are times when you need to play offense or defense. Times when you need to push your luck hoping no one can play higher than you. And times when you need to manipulate your hand to have a higher set. This game does a great job of being approachable but still captivating after multiple plays.
A perfect mixture of hand building strategy, fast pace flow gameplay and player interaction. For me the best card game ever.
Fast shedding game from the creators of Scout. Even though I like scout a lot, this is much easier to get to the table. It feels like a classic card game already that should replace anyone's UNO at home. Our kids immediately loved it after their first play.
I'm surprised by how much I like this game. Very versatile because of how well it plays at different player counts (2-5 are all good). Keeping score is super simple. A lot of little fun moments of player interaction (e.g., forcing someone to take back a hand or blocking someone with high set). I suspect it lacks some of the more interesting decision making of SCOUT, but that's fine with me because if I'm playing SCOUT it's usually because I'm looking for a light game with a small footprint.
