My wife and I finished this absolutely brilliant game last night. It delivers on every front - atmospheric art, moving writing, and a great variety of satisfying puzzles. I also love the hint system, which is delivered via two of the characters in the game - we didn't actually take hints, but we read all of the hints after each puzzle so as not to miss any of their exchanges. Emerald Echoes is a high water mark in the puzzle game genre, and not to be missed!
This is such a spectacular experience!! It’s an amazing story, packed with puzzles, with high quality and clever props. Skyrocketed to the top of my favorite puzzle game list!!
I found the riddles a bit too easy and linear compared to other postcurious games but it was still a very good game.
