Tidal Blades: Heroes of the Reef KS Deluxe Edition Part 1

Exactly the right game for me. Since you only have 12 actions, getting to certain achievements feel heroic, like maxing a stat, becoming a 10-point champion, beating certain challenges or solo-killing a monster. There is plenty of luck involved as well, which makes the game more playable with more people. Some people may not like the downtime between turns, but I found it enjoyable to watch my rival's plan unfold with die roll and even help them out a bit. It's really complex, but light at the same time. One of my favorites up there with Spirit Island. Also gorgeous.

This is a stunningly beautiful game, with very fast and fun gameplay. Each hero provides a lot of unique hero powers which give a long tail of replayability which I look forward to exploring! Very outstanding title.

After the 2nd play.. I still think it is one of the great games and I will always enjoy playing it. p.s. I'm going after the monsters only in the last round because I don't want to lose dice.. I just cannot stand losing all my hard earned progress :)

This stunning looking game delivers a lot of satisfying content in a big box. Tidal Blades is a challenging game that gives you some tough decisions to balance. The theme, mechanics, and presentation are really well done and this game is just incredibly fun. Something about this game really hits a sweet spot for me, and I absolutely love it!

Any serious gamer should genuinely seek out this experience. I can't recommend this game highly enough and the art and components are second to none. I mean it, watch a "how to play" video and come back and tell me it doesn't excite you to try.
