At that point, uplay.it will release the funds and credit them according to the seller's chosen payout option. If the buyer does not take action to release the money, it will be automatically forwarded to the seller 14 days after the sale. In that case, the buyer will no longer be able to submit any claim.

If the buyer does not receive the requested product or receives an item different from the one ordered or reasonably expected, uplay.it will first ask the buyer to contact the seller directly. A dedicated messaging function between buyer and seller is automatically activated on uplay.it until the transaction has been successfully completed. Its purpose is to provide a simple mediation tool between the parties. If the seller does not solve the issue, the buyer may submit a complaint directly to uplay.it. When uplay.it receives the complaint, it will send the seller an automatic email explaining the claim and requesting a reply, together with order and shipping information. Uplay.it will then determine how the complaint should be resolved, and this may include refunding the order at the seller's expense. In any case, uplay.it cannot be held directly responsible for the conduct of buyers and sellers, as these transactions and related shipments are outside the direct control of the platform. Once the buyer has received the product, they may leave feedback for the seller, sharing the buying experience with future users. Maintaining a high feedback rating is essential for successful selling. The feedback system is the main tool a potential buyer uses to identify a seller as reliable. Uplay.it reserves the right, without prior notice and without being required to provide reasons, to suspend a seller considered unreliable or acting improperly. By selling an item on uplay.it, the seller undertakes to ship an item that matches the listing published on uplay.it and, at the time of shipment, to use an online trackable shipping method and communicate the shipment details to the buyer. The seller also undertakes to remove any listing for an item that is no longer available, in order to prevent a customer from buying something that cannot actually be shipped. The buyer undertakes to confirm whether or not the item received is satisfactory, in compliance with distance-selling rules and in fairness to the seller. This includes invitations to carry out the transaction outside uplay.it, sending advertising material to the buyer, publishing external web addresses, sending price lists, and similar conduct. Improper use of the "utrade" system may lead to suspension of the involved account, closure of the listing, refusal to publish it, and, in more serious cases, reporting the matter to the competent authorities. All transactions must take place in full compliance with Italian law.
