A moonbeam illuminates the clearing. The fairies awaken and spread their wings. Mushrooms sprout from the ground to form a circle, while the first fireflies begin to settle. Magic is returning to the forest: it is time to prepare for winter... Enter the magical world of Fairy Ring! Create a mushroom village to house the fairies in the clearing. Carefully guide your fairy from village to village through the enchanted ring to collect as much Mana, the magical energy of fairies, as possible. You have two seasons to develop your village before winter arrives. Every decision is crucial to win the game! How do you play? Choose a mushroom and place it wisely in your village. Move your mushroom fairy through all the villages, based on the movement value of the mushroom you just played. You score points based on the type of mushroom your fairy lands on. Your fairy will then "land" on a mushroom. Is that mushroom part of your village? You will be the only one to get points. Is the mushroom from another village? Your opponent will also score points. Each mushroom scores points differently and you will have to predict your opponent's moves to figure out where to make your fairy stop in order to maximise your score. A game therefore where you need to plan a minimum, choose your strategy, but still very simple in the rules and with colourful and imaginative graphics and materials!
