The members of the Bounty Hunters Guild are very diverse, and each of them has their own concept of honor. Born Din Djarin and raised by Mandalorian warriors, he makes a living in the galaxy as a bounty hunter after the fall of the Empire. Hired by a suspicious individual to recover a supposedly vulnerable asset and deliver it to him, he decided instead to risk his life to protect what turned out to be an orphan.

Among those affected by this decision were Greef Karga, the Guild representative who had contacted the Mandalorian, and the skilled assassin droid turned hired gun called IG-11.
