The color mixing is fun. The action selection is amazing as it indireclty influence the way you receive income. The dice mitigation with the workers is great also. I think its the best game from Garphill Games until now.

After 9 Games in 2 Months … this one is brilliant. Looks more boring than Wayfarers, but it is tense, interesting and you’ll have to keep an eye on your opponent. Reminds me really to Brass, where you’ll always have to be on the watch to see your best tactical possibilities created by and created for your opponents. Even at 2 very good. I’m not good at it, but u in love it! It quickly became one of my top favorite games!

I love this game. It offers enjoyable puzzle to solve in an everchanging environment. Dice placement mechanic with colours and workers is clever and satisfying to use. Main goal in the game is clear. Engine building and option to focus on different research tracks however allow players to reach that goal very differently.

I really love this game. There is just something about getting a great bag of dice going and cranking out one scroll translation after another each round that is SO satisfying. Loved the starting goal card to give you a little direction, smart idea for a game this deep and complex. Solo mode is rock solid and I’ve enjoyed it at 3 players only and that seemed like a really good player count.

This game always leaves me wanting more! This is also why we got the expansion. I find the way you combine dice colors and pips as well as meeples to be quite elegant. We don't get it to the table as often as we would perhaps like to due to its playtime and level of difficulty, and yet it's a joy to play.
