Pilgrims the Curious Adventure

Bought two copies, one for a very close friend. This game is charming and easy to play, and the length and complexity for what it is, is honestly perfect. An absolute gem of a game!

Such a wonderful game. There's nothing I don't like about it. The designer and illustrator are the same person. He told me it took him 3 years to complete and these years I believe were well spent ! Great and beautiful family game that you just can not dislike.

I was intrigued by the art, stayed for the game. The puzzle is easy to understand after the first round, the manual had enough information and examples about how things work that the game just flowed. There was only some instances that the adventure rewards were kind of ambiguous as to what you get and how. The solo is so well put together too, yet to beat it. There's nothing quite like this game out there, it's thinky, it's beautiful and above all it's fun!

It's a very enjoyable game. I like both the unique artwork and the gameplay. The icons are clear and easy to understand, which makes playing smooth and comfortable. The rules are simple, but the game still feels varied and interesting. I had played the original game and the mobile app before, so I was curious to see how the board game version would work. I was pleasantly surprised. It keeps the idea of meeting different characters and having different adventures with them, which is the main connection to the digital version. For me, that's enough, and it's done in a really nice way.
