Black Hole Rainbows

I got a chance to play this at Origins and this game is deceptively simple. It’s easy to learn, fast to play and fun with a group. It seems because you are collecting light gems to form a rainbow to put into the black hole to get a coin BUT there are action cards that can be played anytime that COMPLETELY change everything up. One person was doing their turn and another player played a card so play stops to resolve the card and then another player played a card, then another and it continued that way for 9 or 10 cards. Then we could finally let the original player continue their turn. It was wild. This is honestly a hot new game so make sure to get your hands on it!

Amazing game! Easily adjustable time commitment. The rules are easy to understand and employ and I love that at any given moment, it is anyone's game. You only think that Monopoly brings out the worst in your loved ones... you haven't seen anything yet.

Just played this at Game & Party Con and immediately went to buy it from the booth they had set up. For what this game is (take that style party game) it’s great! Had a lot of fun with a group of 5 friends. I generally don’t enjoy party games or take that games but had fun playing Black Hole Rainbows!

This is a great game! I played it at a recent con and bought a copy for myself and for my sister. I can’t wait to put this into our game night rotation. This game would be a 10 for me if there were no “take-that” mechanics. Will try and play it without those cards.
