These add lots of fun and lots of laughs. There are no balance concerns I have seen. There are no additional mechanics; think of the promo cards as more of the same, adding variety to the card draws in the game which is always a good thing.
More KoT goodness. Exactly what a promo should be because it's great but you wouldn't miss it. Definitely worth getting if you like KoT even a little.
Mixed the promo cards into the regular deck right away, and we never play without them. More crazy cards = more fun and laughter!
Quick, easy to teach, beautiful to look at, fun game of huge monsters battling it out "Godzilla vs King Kong" style. Highly recommended!
This is essentially a mini expansion with 11 extra cards for King of Tokyo. This shouldn't be just a promo.
