Dans Ready Set Bet, vous et vos amis vous rendez aux courses pour une journée d'acclamations, de railleries et de paris sur vos chevaux préférés, dont les destins pendent à chaque jet de dés. Le jeu se joue en quatre manches, chaque manche consistant en une course suivie d'une résolution des paris. Pendant chaque course, les joueurs placent librement leurs jetons de pari sur le plateau. Après chaque course, les joueurs gagnent ou perdent de l'argent pour chaque pari, puis reçoivent une Carte du Club VIP pour gagner plus d'argent dans les manches suivantes. Après quatre manches, le joueur avec le plus d'argent gagne!
