Descriptif

La bataille pour le château d'Itter a eu lieu près du village autrichien d'Itter en mai 1945, dans les derniers jours de la Seconde Guerre mondiale. Des soldats américains se sont unis aux fusiliers de la Wehrmacht, ainsi qu'à des prisonniers polonais et français et à des combattants de la résistance, pour défendre un château autrichien contre des attaquants SS allemands dans l'une des batailles les plus inhabituelles de la guerre. Cette extension présente les personnages historiques qui ont participé à la défense (y compris le M4 Sherman, "Besotten Jenny") et des lieux de château authentiques, ainsi que des hostiles allemands représentant les 17e Panzergrenadiers SS assiégeant le château.
