Zombies!!! 7 : Send in the Clowns vous oppose au carnaval itinérant des damnés. Visitez le Grand Chapiteau et la Voyante. Perdez-vous dans la Maison des Amusements. Profitez de la barbe à papa. En fait, oubliez tout ça et préparez-vous à courir en hurlant devant la foule grandissante de clowns zombies.

Cette extension peut être jouée comme une extension ou de manière autonome. Le jeu autonome nécessite des marqueurs de joueurs (ou d'autres marqueurs de joueurs) et des jetons pour les balles et les cœurs.
