FIRE! Don’t let them pass through! Find in this board game all the famous components from the best tower defense games. From the upgradable towers to the many different monster types, not forgetting resource management. But, it wouldn’t be a Devil Pig game without a touch of evilness… Your goal is to earn the most victory points at the end of the game. THE TURN Each turn is composed of 3 phases: the Night, the Dawn, the Day. During the Night, the Event card is applied and the monsters progress on your path (each type has a different movement value). Two more monsters (or your boss) appear on your path. During the Dawn, the towers can attack one monster of a particular type on one of the 4 adjacent spaces, or the boss. During the Day, each player can make one action between four, then they can make one more action, it can be the same. Finally, the first player token goes to the next player. THE ACTIONS There is 4 different actions: - Build a tower - Extend your path - Go to the market (apply one of the available Market cards) - Make a quest (draw two cards in the Market deck) In addition, you can play one of your Market cards in your hand after each of the three first actions, the best way to play more actions. THE MONSTERS AND THE BOSS Each monster type has a movement value (between 1 to 3 spaces) and maybe a special ability. All core box monsters has 2 life points. The boss, who is not a monster, is harder to kill, with its 10 life points and when a player successes to kill him, the game is over. Each time a monster or a boss leave your path to reach your city, you lose a number of city guards equal to their movement value. You begin at 15 and even if you lose your last one, you don't lose the game, you will just earn less victory points than the other players. HOW TO WIN? After the game end, each player adds the victory points from 3 sources: - Number of remaining city guards, - Number of damages on your boss - Achievements (drawn randomly at the beginning of the game). INTERACTIONS BETWEEN PLAYERS In this game, each player has his own path and city. But, players must manage with the other players by destroying their towers, sending them monsters, reaching achievements before them, etc.
