In the role of architects, the players try to implement work contracts for the rich patrician families in Florence.
Through action cards both construction materials and influence are brought into the game. The pressure to build tightens the rivalry for materials and as each work contract is unique and issued after construction one can snatch safe-thought contracts from your opponents through speedy construction.
This game won the second price at the "Hippodice e.V. Authorenwettbewerb" (game designer contest) in 2008 under the name "Die Architekten von Florenz"
