Description
Every player has got 5 relatives that are on the brink of dying. The trouble is that there are only 5 graves to bury them in and they all want to be buried in the same cemetery. So you have to speed up your relatives destiny by bribing the doctor to give them placebo medicine while trying to help the doctor keep other players relatives alive.
