Already sold on a pirate themed game. Liars dice with a race to the finish line on a customizable board makes the game enjoyable with friends and family. The components are also amazing.

ying Pirates is a first to finish fast-paced dice game for 2-4 players (+2 with expansion)
You are the captain of your ship and the dice you have is your crew.
The game plays in a number of rounds where every round consists of three phases. Betting, sailing and action phase.
The betting phase: Inspired by the classic game Liars Dice , this poker-like mechanic will test your bluffing and probability skills.
The sailing phase: All except the loser sail forward on the map and battle for their event/tile. Some events you really want to explore and some you want to avoid at all cost.
The action phase: To aid you on your journey you'll have action cards on hand. Play these strategically to attack opponents and defend or upgrade your crew.

This is everything i wanted it from a board game at the moment. Pirate theme, easy to learn, easy to teach and bring to the table, even with non boardgamers. The artwork is 10/10, AMAZING. And the components....come on!!!! Just fantastic ?

Very good game! So fun and the company is absolutely the best. I had an issue with my order where the shipment got lost, but their customer service was incredible! They sent me a replacement right away and even included some extra components. The whole process was handled so quickly, and they were incredibly kind and helpful throughout. Highly recommended!

What's not to love? Taking a simple game of liars dice and giving it an upgrade with a board and a low complexity.
