Unlock!: Epic Adventures

Soy fan de los Unlock y este me apasionó. Desde el momento en que salió se hablaba que era el mejor y no lo pongo en duda. Cada uno de los escenarios está hecho de una manera auténtica para que se requiera una colaboración completa y continua de los participantes. Es ideal. No quiero explayarme para no dar pistas por adelantado, pero tengo que decir que cada uno es mejor que el anterior. Aunque en mi caso, mi favorito fue el segundo.

We have enjoyed every one of the Unlock! adventures, even when piecing together items did not feel as logical as the game makers must have thought it should be. This set was our second favorite, after Star Wars. The game goes beyond the simple matching of cards and makes good use of secondary prompts and the app. Anything more than 4 people would get crowded when trying to look at the details of the cards. My wife and I like it most when it's just the two of us, but sometimes with one additional player who thinks differently.

Great escape- / riddle themed game! Liked the idea and the fact, that you don´t have to destroy the material. We bought almost all of the Unlock! games as used ones. App integration is necessary, but works fine and adds more fun to the game. Maybe a little to easy for trained EXIT- (or equivalent) player, but in my opinion the easy ones are fun to solve as well, especially in bigger groups with mixed skill level. My first Unlock! game was Mission #07 from this set, and it was an absolute blast. I hardly ever rate games 10/10, but I can't even bring myself to knock a point from this for one extremely obtuse and frustrating puzzle in that mission. The rest of the game was just so good. UPDATE: The Asian one was an 8, the werewolf a 7, but the secret agent one was so good that it alone is worth the price of entry.

A good level of challenge, with some delightful twists to the Unlock system. Each scenario had several "aha!" moments, and none of the puzzles felt unfair. One of the best complete sets of Unlock adventures.
