Crazy Brother

There are many sudden events we never consider possible that could happen to us. There are as well many realities that we ignore or perceive far away from us. But this is not how life works, and in this game you are going to discover it. Moving to another city it's always a big change – to someone it can be more stressful than to others. You, as part of the Fonte family, are going to face events that will change your life. Living a quite normal, if not lucky, life, Eric is a model student. Member of the football and the astronomy club, Eric is going to start college soon after family relocation in Arlington. Looking at him and his sister Emily, it seems it's her who is going to have the most problems, moving during high school and leaving all her friends. Everyone has great expectations out of him, but then again nobody knows what can happen. Many unexpected things will happen along the way, and only standing together and focusing on Eric's wellbeing you will all be able to reach the final goal: start a new life again in where Eric’s disturb will be accepted and lived with, giving you a new vision of life. Together with the other family's member you'll help Eric to go through the discovery of his own schizophrenia, watching him and all of you react and adapt to the situation. It's not a simple task, but life never is. Put to test your family relationship and chemistry and discover what you are capable of. AIM OF THE GAME Your aim is to prevent Eric's stress exceed the value 10. You'll also have to avoid all characters to be in Recovery at the same time(see Recovery Phase). If one of these conditions occurs, the game ends immediately with players defeat; if otherwise you are able to reach the eleventh turn of the game, you win (see End of the game). Crazy Brother is a cooperative game, meaning that if you win, everybody wins. If you lose, you'll share the defeat. The game unfolds in turns, up to eleven. Each turn is made up of four phases: 1. Events and Accidents Phase 2. Actions Phase - made up of three under-phases 2.1 selection of the Action Cards 2.2 resolution of the Action Cards 2.3 discard of the Action Cards 3. Eric Phase 4. Recovery Phase
