Death Saving Throw Dice (5)

5d20 1 Embroidered Bag You look up hopefully from your saving throw, but the DM's head shakes slowly. Out come The Dice.  Death Saves are five d20s designed specifically for rolling death saving throws. The faces of this die are adorned with 9 skulls and 11 hearts. One skull and one heart are inverted so you know if you double-fail or regain consciousness. We know that bonuses to this save necessitate a numbered die, but these are too cool not to use the rest of the time. Roll each save, and leave it face up on the table to track your saves! Five dice allow for a 2 fails, 2 saves, and that final roll.  Good luck.
