Hitler Turns East by Ted Raicer is a classic-style, hex-and-counter wargame that uses chit-pull to keep things fluid. HTE focuses on the difficulties of armies cooperating with each other, either for political or personal reasons (and Barbarossa saw lots on both sides). Hitler Turns East comes with 144 updated die-cut 9/16" counters, and a 17" x 22" full color map, plus updated rules and charts.

Slaughterhouse by Mike Rinella, is a point-to-point, area movement game that looks at Operation Barbarossa on 1941 featuring quick set-up and fast play, and includes leadership effects that can modify combat. Slaughterhouse models two of the outstanding realities of the campaign, the limited routes available to the Germans as they battered their way to Moscow by using a point to point map, and the tremendous and continuous bloodletting both sides suffered in this "war without mercy." Slaughterhouse comes with 108 mounted and die-cut 9/16" counters and a 17" x 22" full color map.
