[English] Masterplan is a competitive city building game where the players impersonate a construction entrepreneur who is willing to be the most influential one in the urbanization process of the new neighborhood. During your turn, you can use your workers to perform different actions: you can auction for new building plans or construction sites, start a new building using those plans and sites, or use special actions from neutral buildings. Each building you finish will modify its surroundings, because no one wants to live near the noisy factory, but having a mall just across the street will make your tenants happy. Plan your neighborhood carefully so your buildings are happier than your rivals. Go for a business area or develop the factories, but be ready to modify your plans when the other players start building near you. After a set number of rounds, all of the points from your constructed buildings will be tallied, and the best architect will we declared winner. -description from publisher [Spanish] Masterplan es un juego de construcción de ciudades competitivo en el que los jugadores se pondrán en la piel de un empresario de la construcción que quiere ser el más influyente en el proceso de urbanización del nuevo barrio. Durante tu turno, puedes usar tus trabajadores para realizar diferentes acciones: puedes entrar en subastas para conseguir nuevos planos o solares, comenzar nuevos edificios con dichos planos y solares, o usar acciones especiales de los edificios neutrales.
