You and your opponents try to choose the most lucrative parcels of land and buildings, then place these parcels and buildings wisely so as to make your city as prosperous as possible. You can also win the support and gain the help of the most influential people in the city. Do not ignore your opponents as they will try to make the best moves in your stead, with a trick-taking mechanism determining who goes first in each round.
