Beschreibung

Die Erweiterung No Man’s Land verleiht 51st State eine völlig neue Dimension, indem sie einen Mechanismus zur Gebietskontrolle einführt - alle Spieler versuchen, die Kontrolle über ein umstrittenes Gebiet zu erlangen.

Die Spieler geben ihre Kontaktmarken nicht nur aus, um mit Karten aus ihrer Hand zu interagieren, sondern auch, um mit dem No Man's Land-Board zu interagieren. Das Board stellt Regionen dar, die nahe den Fraktionen der Spieler liegen, und ist in neun Bereiche unterteilt, wobei jeder Bereich unterschiedliche Boni bietet. Die Spieler können dort ihre Basen und Außenposten bauen, um von der Region zu profitieren und Ressourcen sowie Siegpunkte zu gewinnen.
Das ständige Hin und Her zwischen den Spielern sorgt für eine große Interaktion und hält alle bis zum Ende des Spiels auf Trab.
