You are in charge of a subdivision in a powerful organization called 'the Committee'. Its goal is to become this government. As the head of a subdivision in the Committee, you deploy an agent network all over the globe and covertly seize the sources of power. To achieve your goal, you co-opt influential societies, both well-known and secret. All your activities are enveloped in secrecy. The world has no idea of your existence. And it will never know of it. Even when you become its ruler. Deep State is a dystopian game of world domination. During the course of the game, you send your Agents to infiltrate political parties and financial groups, research centers and power structures — represented by cards available in the Infiltration Zone. Other players compete with you. At the same time you advance in World Projects, such as Comintern or Unified Nations, and create unions with a lot of organizations all over the world.
