King of Tokyo: Halloween ist eine kleine Erweiterung für King of Tokyo und enthält 2 neue Monster, Pumpkin Jack und Boogey Woogey.

Jedes Monster hat sein eigenes Set von Evolutionskarten (eingeführt in der Erweiterung King of Tokyo: Power Up!).

Es sind auch 6 spezielle orange-schwarze Würfel (graviert) vorhanden, die perfekt zum Halloween-Thema passen, sowie 12 neue Powerkarten, die in das Hauptdeck gemischt werden. Es handelt sich um einen neuen Kartentyp (Kostüm), der neue Kräfte und Fähigkeiten garantiert, aber von anderen Monstern während des Spiels gestohlen werden kann, wenn sie 3 'Kralle'-Symbole auf den Würfeln würfeln.

Schließlich enthält die Verpackung eine exklusive Werbekarte für King of New York, ein neues Grundspiel, das 2014 veröffentlicht wird.
