In Klink l'obiettivo è ottenere il punteggio più basso per vincere il round. A turno si pescano due carte dal mazzo, se ne guarda una e si decide se tenerle o offrirle a un altro giocatore, che a sua volta può guardarne una e tenerle o passarle. Chi finisce con le carte conclude il turno successivo. Quando un giocatore ha dieci carte davanti a sé, il round termina: le coppie dello stesso valore si annullano e il punteggio più basso vince. Carte evento speciali modificano le regole di gioco.
