Es ist Morphin' Zeit! Oder ist es Zeit, die Welt zu erobern? Power Rangers: Deck-Building Game ist ein wettbewerbsfähiges Deck-Building-Spiel, das 1-2 Helden gegen 1-2 Bösewichte antreten lässt. In diesem asymmetrischen Spiel spielen die Helden- und Bösewichtseiten etwas anders, aber am Ende haben sie beide dasselbe Ziel: Zerschmettere deine Feinde! Während deines Zuges spielst du Karten, um Splitter und Energie zu erzeugen. Du verwendest Splitter, um Karten zu kaufen oder gegen Gegner zu kämpfen und Belohnungen zu erhalten. Du kannst das gegnerische Team mit Angriffskarten angreifen, und wenn du angegriffen wirst, kannst du dich mit Blockkarten verteidigen. Am Ende deines Zuges führst du alle "Ende-des-Zuges"-Aktionen aus, wirfst die in diesem Zug gespielten Karten ab, erleidest einen Schaden für jeden Gegner im "The Grid" und füllst dann deine Hand auf fünf Karten auf. Die erste Seite, die die Lebenspunkte des Gegners auf 0 reduziert, gewinnt.
