Diese neue Edition des Brettspiels Successors wurde im Vergleich zur Originalausgabe von 1995 von der legendären Avalon Hill erheblich verbessert. Es gibt neue Karten, einige Variationen auf der Karte und vor allem neue Regeln. Successors ermöglicht es, mit dem beliebten kartengetriebenen System die Kriege zwischen den Diadochen (den Nachfolgern Alexanders des Großen) zu simulieren. Das Original war bereits ein großartiges Spiel, aber jetzt, mit den verbesserten Regeln und der grafischen Qualität von GMT, stehen wir vor einem kleinen Juwel. Es gibt Varianten, um auch mit 2 oder 3 Spielern zu spielen.
