Kurz gesagt, das Spiel ist ein vereinfachtes, konfrontatives Worker-Placement-Spiel voller Mord und Intrigen. Lange gesagt, spielen Sie als konkurrierende Mafiafamilien, die um die wirtschaftliche Kontrolle der organisierten Kriminalitätsnetzwerke von New York City kämpfen, indem Sie Ihre Schläger, Ihren Don, Ihre Frau und Ihren Erben auf dem Brett einsetzen, um Geschäfte zu erpressen und sich an Gebiets-Kontrollkriegen zu beteiligen.
