This addition to the zombies series as well as a stand alone game. Once again great game with Army of Darkness undertones as far as finding pages to a dark book that has been raising the dead. SOme new woods tiles and a nice new lethal addition zombie dogs!!!
A great Expansion to an already fun and exciting game to zombie lovers everywhere. Adding the Zombie dogs is more of a silly addition to the game, but can you blame em.
The second edition has much brighter artwork on the map tiles. I use this combined with the 1st Edition version for a day/night layout. If you are considering buying this expansion make sure you know which version you're getting... they look significantly different.
This expansion isn't my favorite out of the expansions for Zombies! That isn't to say that it isn't a good game expansion. It is. I just can't get over what a huge rip off of the Evil Dead movies this game is! I like the plastic zombie dogs though. They are something different to kill in the game and the game really needed some different things to kill. I'm still holding out for glow in the dark zombie dogs. Things are always better when they glow in the dark.
A stronger version of the old game. A few kinks have been worked out from the previous editions. The baddies are harder to take out but your life tokens are worth more. The tiles allow for more open movement and the end game is not dependent upon drawing one specific tile that is at the bottom of an enormous deck. Great fun. Nicely priced. Can't wait to try combining it with the other expansions. And besides, who doesn't want a gigantic collection of cute zombie dog miniatures?
