Print and play games were designed to be printed and cut out at home, often released by their designers before a publisher picked them up. This section holds their published editions: small boxes, compact rules, plenty of one- and two-player titles, with small-format wargames and table-top card games. They appeal to people who value lean design and to anyone short on shelf space.
Player count is the deciding factor. Castle Itter is a one-hour historical solitaire. Air, Land, & Sea and Microbrew are strictly two-player, the first in 20 minutes and the second in about an hour. CoraQuest is a dungeon crawler designed to be played with children from age 6, for 1 to 4. Medium (EDIZIONE ITALIANA) goes up to 8 players and is the group game of the list, in its Italian edition.
