The uplay.it store accept the following payments:

Delivery times

Order by 15:00 Italian time for same-day dispatch, Monday to Friday.

Delivery in Italy normally takes 1 business day, 2 for the islands.

Applies to paid orders containing only warehouse-stock items. Orders after 15:00 Italian time, at weekends or on holidays are dispatched the next business day. Delivery estimates may vary for remote areas or carrier delays.

Shipping cost

You can read the shipping cost for Italy in the table above. For the International shipping flat rate is repoted on cart during the order.

If you choose to pay with cash on delivery, you always have to add 3,00 euro to the total for the insurance cost (for shipping to Italy).

Cashback Terms

Cashback is granted on selected eligible products under the following terms:

• Cashback is credited at the time the order is shipped, not at the time of purchase.
• The cashback amount is calculated on the value of the merchandise actually shipped (excluding shipping fees, cash-on-delivery surcharges, and any cancelled or unshipped items).
• Cashback is credited as a playcard on the user profile, redeemable as store credit for future purchases on uplay.it.
• The playcard generated from cashback has a 12-month expiry from the issue date: any remaining balance after that period will no longer be usable.

Note: in case of return or partial refund, the cashback granted will be recalculated proportionally to the value of merchandise actually retained by the customer.

FAQ:

What happen if the courier tries to deliver the package but I'm not present??

In the case that you're not present at the moment of the delivery, the courir will try again the working day after.

ATTENTION:  the courier will try 2 times to deliver the package, then the package will be held for 5 days in the courier warehouse: you can go to the courier warehouse to take the package or you can ask for a third delivery but, in this case, you'll have to pay 8 euro extra by cash.

IMPORTANT: as soon as the package will be shipped, you'll receive a email from uplay.it with the tracking number, so that you can check the status of the shipment on the courier website (www.gls-italy.com or www.ups.com or www.brt.it). You'll have to pay attention on your shipment in the case of delivery issues..

What happen if the package is be shipped back to the sender or if I do not want it anymore?

In the case that it's not a uplay.it responsibility (for example: wrong or incomplete address, package rejection), youplay.it will refund the total paid for the order excluding the shipping cost.In the case of shipment with a payment via cash on delivery, the customer will have to pay the shipping cost within 7 days from the receiving of our notice via paypal, postal order, bank transfer, postagiro.

In the case I still want the package?

In the case that you still want to receive the package, you'll have to pay the shipping cost again for the new shipment.
