Astro Knights

[Sleeved with GG Matte] [All Plays Logged Here] [Strong Solo] Like Aeon’s End, a truly amazing game. Astro Knights is so fast-paced and nail biting while simultaneously being colorful and fun. It’s thinky and deep enough without being stressful or exhausting. Plays great solo. Set-Up is a breeze. Highly modular with Eternity and will only improve with future content. Astro Knights would be my favorite game if not for Arkham Horror LCG, Marvel Champions LCG.

Recency bias might affect my opinion of this being a top 3 deckbuilder of all time, but I'm fairly confident it will hold up! I've never played Aeon's End before so was eager to try this system. The theme is much more appealing for me in this one, and I'm glad I got a copy. I love the multi-use nature of currency, so that those cards don't clog your deck in the late game when you no longer want to buy cards. Overall, a brilliant system that I can't wait to see more content for!

absolutely love this game despite some issues with balance at certain player counts. my most played game since I started tracking stats. such a fun puzzle and a great coop deck builder. I haven't played Aeon's End but I like the dynamic market much more than the static market of AE. The market is so clever, the bosses are quite challenging and the teamwork is a great puzzle.

Great game, easy to learn and play, the market is easy but with lots of cards and the mechanisms are enjoyable. Buy weapons and equip them and try to beat the big bosses who has differents difficulty levels: normal, expert or nightmare. The art is loveable and cant wait to buy the next astro knights eternity!

Honestly, it feels like they read my mind - Astro Knights changes the Aeon’s End formula in all the ways I had hoped for. I love Aeon’s End, but the time it takes to set it up and tear it down means I don’t get it to the table as much as I would like. The reduced set up time of Astro Knights is a huge selling point for me. Also have a 10yo son who was interested in playing Aeon’s End but was overwhelmed by the breach mechanic (and didn’t really connect with the theme in the end). Hopefully Astro Knights will appeal to a broader audience with its streamlined mechanics and colourful theme. I am pumped for this like I haven’t been for a game in many years.
