This is in my top three of all time. I always enjoy playing this game. The artwork is beautiful. Mechanics are interesting and the game does not take that long to play. Set up and take down is pretty quick. It only takes a few turns for newcomers to learn how to play. 4/10 heavy to me. This game belongs in everyone’s collection. How this game is rated close to Catan is bewilering

This is a unique game with an engine builder when you constantly have to destroy your engine just after you used it. If you manage well you can get a lot of combos and chain actions to score. The art is gorgeous and it plays quite quickly. Not for total beginners as it requires some puzzle solving skills ;-)

This is a great game in the engine building universe. Very unique and fast paced. The rules on when to use what are a bit unclear at first but in essence you can use only the resource you have on your played card and if your card does not specify a resource but gives you the ability to buy something, then you can use any resource (but just one resource type) that can be used to buy that specified thing. That was the only gripe we had with it, but understanding that made the game play fast and very interesting. This might be our favorite pure engine builder game of them all.

My game that I own is very great too bad they didn’t make the exploration card area a bit wider on the board so you can use card protectors on those cards so you can have your game for a lot longer in meant condition so you can enjoy this game if you really love it. This game is an awesome deck building game that has a lot of possibilities through strategies and also combos that you can do with cards and locations combined.

One of the most unique games I have played with the way you utilize location cards to grant more abilities. The chaining combos you can get by simply playing one card is so satisfying. The hand management and decision making for the timing of card plays makes for a very enjoyable and quick playing game. I have found this to be very replayable due to the variability of the scoring objectives causing a different kind of race each game.
