First Martians: Adventures on the Red Planet

This game is wonderful. It provides you with many opportunities, stories, events and decisions to make. It comes crashing down and putting stress, despair and loneliness of the situation onto you. It delieveres exactly what it promises and manages to surprise you in addition. The component quality is very high and the design is great, coherent and a pleasure to look at. This will prof to be a gold standard and an instant classic.

Fajn igra! Me je blo strah da ne bo vredu, ker je blo pol interneta razočaranega nad njo - ampak mi je fajn!!! Težka, ogromna (celo mizo poje in še kavč za odprta navodila), komplicerana - ampak ko zastopiš kako deluje, te potegne noter in si res na Marsu in gre vse narobe, haha :)

I think each mission brings up some questions you will need answers. Just check internet and you will find them. After a bit you will have mastered the game. This game is gold. I think it beats Robinson Crusoe hands down. There is many missions and 2 campaigns, one of which is replayable, you can have endless hours of entertainment. It really feals like you are the first on Mars trying to survive. Its my favorite board game for sure. You can get the game cheap cause I guess many people did not have the mental energy to sit down and try to learn this game. Just check internet for all your questions.

A 1, 2, 3 or 4 rating is simply rude for someone as wonderful, creative and accomplished a designer as Ignacy. In addition, all games are puzzles, so those that believe cooperative games are limited by the scope of their mechanisms need to rethink their idea of what a game is. My rank of 10 is a pure counter move plus keen insight - I may never rank this game lower because it may never need to be lower. ((Robinson Crusoe is brilliant)). Really love this game! My favorite right now (among a decent sized collection). To learn it best, watch the 'Watch it Played' video by Rodney Smith, and download the Almanac from the Portal Games website as a substitute manual. Also know that the training scenario is somewhat unexciting. That should eliminate the hurdles, and you'll discover that the other scenarios are excellent, and the first campaign is an awesome and immersive experience! I've yet to do the legacy campaign. The app is great too - I can't imagine how many extra cards there would be (in an already very full box) and how much shuffling.
