Descriptif

La deuxième extension apporte les oiseaux d'Océanie dans le jeu. Le nouveau type de nourriture Nectar introduit un mécanisme de score supplémentaire. Cela, ainsi que de nouveaux plateaux de joueur avec des actions bonus supplémentaires, permet d'essayer de nouvelles stratégies. De nouveaux dés de nourriture correspondants et un bloc de score sont inclus.

An expansion which transforms Wingspan into the best version on itself, rebalancing it in the more fair and satisfying way. My only gripe with this expansion is that some birds from the base game become outright obsolete, and I started to play with this expansion before I had a chance to get value in sessions out of those cards. 10/10 though.

I really think this expansion gives the very much needed versatility. Now you don't really have to spam eggs (the most typical engine in my opinion) and when added with some other expansions, you will want to play again and again

Adds a very interesting mechanic. Scoring gets bloated up, craziest combos are possible with this expansion alone. Game-end powers may change up the entire scoreboard. Suspenseful expansion, 100% would recommend for any wingspan aficionado, bird fan and board game enjoyer.

Probably the best expansion I have ever bought. Makes eggs less overpowered and reduces the frustration of not getting the right food from the birdfeeder. The rebalanced board is so much better than an overlay. Also the new birds are great for the most part, though the nectar ones are very weak. Prefer this mode than the base game.

The nectar and game end cards add a whole new level to the strategy development. The nectar could be considered overpowered but with the new player mat rules I would consider it justified. The new bonus cards are kinda tricky but also fun to achieve and the new end of round goals are super fun. Overall, great expansion. Its the first and only wingspan expansion I have played and I have no complaints.
