Railroad Ink Challenge: Lush Green Edition

(Digital) / Apple By far the best Railroad Ink game. It has Challenge cards included, I like the tree expansion because it just adds points and looks nice. This very just adds so much to the scoring and overall look of the game. I will say it adds some additional rules that is a lot for newbies. The perfect roll and write game. Challenging, simple, lots of variety and input randomness. This is my favorite version

Perfect weight and length, You can play it anywhere with any number of players with the printed extra player sheets. Every game is different and the expansion dice change up the experience and tactics a lot. The dice feel really good, but I would recommend getting coloured markers as they make the game a lot more pleasant and readable

I never thought I would get hooked into roll and writes the way Railroad Ink did. Love these sort of low-floor high ceiling games and makes for a great time to just sit and chat with friends. Pairs well with the 7x7 boards you can find online, the preferred board to play on for our play group.

Love the easing into the game. Simplicity and how it can be just picked off the shelf and played easily.
