Forest Shuffle: Woodland Edge

More cards are always welcome. Helps make weaker strategies more viable. Would always play with it.

A well thought-out expansion that breathes life into the game. The shrubs are such an excellent twist.

Fantastic expansion. Squeakers and boars were not very good in the base game, and the female boars really help balance those with the other builds in the game. The bison are also great cards, and fit well into most playstyles. But the best addition? The shrubs! These are huge for helping bats, butterflies, and plants because they help you build a card drawing engine. 10/10 expansion, never play base Forest Shuffle without it.

One of the two "mandatory" expansions for Forest Shuffle. I will not play it without Alpine and Woodland Edge anymore. Rebalances and expands the strategy, while adding a ton of fun animals and plants.

Great expansion! Lots of fun new cards that are helpful in enhancing some of the base game combo strategies, like butterflies, hoofed animals, and bats. The new shrubs are useful cards too, as they give you ways to put out more cards, get extra cards, or give you extra points. In general, I’m not huge into adding expansions to games, but this is a worthy one to get. Recommend!
